Privacy Policy

Last updated 28 September 2026

This policy explains what New Matter Group collects through newmattergroup.com, why, and what you can do about it. New Matter Group is a trading name of RevvSocial LLC.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit an application, book a call, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, firm name, and the answers you provide in the form.

Information collected automatically. Pages you visit, the link or advertisement that brought you here, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and basic device and browser information. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We do not ask for and do not want confidential or privileged information about your clients or their matters. Please do not send it to us.

Why we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry, schedule calls, and provide our services
  • To send you information about our services, where you have asked for it or where we have an existing relationship
  • To measure which advertising works, and to improve our site and campaigns
  • To meet our legal and accounting obligations

Advertising and analytics

We use the Meta Pixel and similar tools to measure the performance of our advertising. These place cookies and may allow Meta to recognise your browser across sites. We use them to see which advertisements produce enquiries, not to identify you personally. You can control this through your browser settings and through your advertising preferences with Meta and Google.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate, and only so far as they need it. These currently include our CRM and scheduling provider, our email and messaging providers, our website host, our payment processor, and our advertising platforms. Each is bound to protect the information they handle for us.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and consent, we may text you about your enquiry or booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. See our SMS terms for detail. Mobile numbers and consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and client records for as long as we work together and afterwards for as long as we need them for legal, tax and accounting purposes, then we delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message, and stop texts by replying STOP. If you are in California, the CCPA gives you the right to know what we collect, to have it deleted, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information as that term is defined.

To make a request, email tyler@newmattergroup.com. We may need to verify who you are before we act.

Security

We use reputable providers and take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
