Terms of Service — New Matter Group

Terms of Service

Last updated 28 August 2026

These terms govern your use of newmattergroup.com. By using this site you agree to them.

What we do

New Matter Group provides marketing and client-intake services to law firms. We build and run advertising campaigns, build booking funnels, and operate intake on behalf of firms who engage us.

We are not a law firm

New Matter Group is not a law firm and does not provide legal services or legal advice. Nothing on this site creates an attorney-client relationship. We do not represent clients, give legal opinions, or share in legal fees. Our fees are flat and are charged for advertising and intake services only.

This site is not an offer

Content on this site is general information about our services. Any figures, benchmarks, or examples shown are illustrative and are not a promise of results. The specific terms of any engagement — including any performance guarantee, the number of consultations, fees, and conditions — are set out in a written agreement signed by both parties. That agreement governs, not this website.

Results

Advertising outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your market, your fee structure, your availability, and how your firm handles the consultations we deliver. We do not guarantee case outcomes, signed clients, or revenue on this site.

Applications

Submitting an application does not create an engagement. We take a limited number of firms and may decline for any reason. Information you provide must be accurate.

Communications

By submitting your details you agree that we may contact you by email, phone, and text message about your enquiry. You can opt out at any time — see our SMS terms and Privacy Policy.

Fees, billing and cancellation

Engagements are billed as a flat monthly fee, charged in advance, and renew automatically each month until cancelled. The fee is set out in the signed agreement for that engagement. Advertising spend is separate: you set it, and you pay it directly to the advertising platforms. It is never billed through us and we take no commission or markup on it.

Cancelling. Either party may end the engagement on 30 days' written notice by email, for any reason. We continue working through the notice period, and billing stops at the end of it.

Refunds. Fees are non-refundable except where the signed agreement provides otherwise. Where an agreement includes a performance guarantee, the remedy is set out in that agreement — in most cases we continue working at no further fee rather than returning money. Any refund we do issue is net of the payment processing fees the processor retains on the original payment, which we cannot recover.

The signed agreement governs if it differs from this page.

Changes
